No, Megawhite is a safe, self-administered treatment - Although you have clear instructions when you come for treatment from the Megawhite packaging, Rebecca at Inner Goddess, Williton is a licensed Megawhite treatment provider and will be on hand if you have any questions.

How long before I can eat or drink?
We recommend that you avoid eating or drinking anything for 30 minutes after the whitening treatment. The pores on your teeth are still open so you should avoid any dark coloured foods and beverages (e.g. coffee, tea and red wine) for 24 hours after the whitening. You should also avoid smoking for 24 hours.
